- Graduated from Wright State University and a Certified (PMP) from Project the Management Institute (PMI) located out of San Diego.
- Additional focus specializing in business management and statistical analysis emphasizing of process improvement and PMO consulting.
- Participated in holding professional seminars as a Financial Planner and educational training aimed at expanding knowledge in the field of Enterprise PMO development.
With over a decade of professional experience as a Project Management Professional (PMP) including government & commercial sectors.

- As Sr. Operations Program Manager for 5 years at Qualcomm Mr. Hecker built their PMO from the ground up. He later taught Project Management at San Diego State University, and previously spent 9+ years at SAIC managing multi-million dollar government contracts across CPFF, T&M, and FFP vehicles.
- Today, through IGLOBALBIZ, LLC, Mason offers fractional and full PMO consulting services tailored to small and mid-size companies who need enterprise-level expertise without the enterprise price tag utilizing the continual AI tools to streamline the.
